DSSD Arrived Today - First Impressions

It's not too big and the lume is awsome.

I LIKE IT!!!!
Contemplating a Sub vs. GMT IIc vs. DSSD.....tough decisions.
My wife thinks I should just get the black SS daytona (since I have a white one)
?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????

Congrats by the way!!!

I'll admit that this watch is not going to be for everyone. It's bigger than anything else Rolex makes and most people are more comfortable in the mainstream. If you think you are ready, I would say give it a try.

Love mine too. And it is only too big on the Rolex forums. The rest of the sport watch forums consider 43mm as small or average.

I think too much emphasis has been put on its size, it really isn't that bad if you give yourself an opportunity to adjust to the weight. After a day you will not regret the purchase.

The only problem is that driving is an issue. For some reason I have trouble seeing the road. I just can't stop looking at it.

A day later I rarely notice the weight and have yet to bang it against anything.
