My first rolex

Picked it up on Friday at Bucherer Geneva. Could not be happier. This is to celebrate my decade of 40s.

I wouldn't be quick to recommend it.

But I have only been a few times, and each time just for an evening or so on the way to a ski trip. I could be wrong, but my impression was bland, and expensive.

Ive been to Geneva many times. Winter is cold like most of that part of Europe, but normally not brutal. Its a cute city, but its very very expensive for meals or hotels. Basel is more interesting and has more to do , in my opinion.

Very nice watch!

Congrats and great classic choice. Wear it in the best of health for many decades to follow.

I just did the same. First Rolex, 40s, and a promotion all around the same time.
