Are all tritium submariner hands the same for cal. 3035 models?
Hi All, I located some tritium hands that are compatible with submariner models with the 3035 movement. Would these be considered period correct for an early 80s ref. 16800?
Said another way, are all tritium submariner hands the same if they are compatible with the 3035 movement, or are there different generations? Thanks All. |

I found that handset on ebay and I'm taking the seller's word for it they are tritium. He does look to be an established seller of parts with good reviews so I don't have any reason to doubt it. The item is described as:
"Genuine Rolex Submariner 16800 16610 Sea-Dweller 16660 16600 Cal.3035 ‘Triple Six’ Silver Tritium Hand Set. Comes as you see in the picture. Great condition." Before I pull the trigger, I just wanted to confirm they are period correct for my early 80's 16800. I assume they are period correct, but thought why not ask the forum. |

Please note that the length of the attachment point for the second hand differs between models with and without dates, so be aware of this.
