GMT Master II vs Submariner Date vs Deepsea

I have been contemplating adding my first Rolex to my collection for some time now, and I am pretty sure that I want the GMT Master II 126710BLNR on Oyster, but I also like the Jubilee, but I feel it will be a lot less durable and over time is likely to stretch.

What are people's experiences of this?
Also is the clasp wider on the Jubilee? It looks like it might be, and the bracelet has less of a taper than the Oyster...
The draw of the GMT is the GMT function and the blue/black bezel.

The Submariner is nice, also, and it has the added benefit of being more adjustable with the Glidelock clasp.

I also really like the Deepsea D-Blue (James Cameron), but this looks like a seriously chunky watch, and the date window looks odd without the cyclops lens above it.
