JJ's spot on - and it does make the date that little bit more legible in bright light.

Wish the RSC would AR the cyclops on all cyclops'able models. It would be a real nice upgrade, especially considering that it can be done so easily!

How can that be done without sending the watch to RSC? I've seen a picture of an AR cyclops on TRF and it looks super nice, I really want that upgrade myself but though you need to get a special crystal with the AR cyclops. I also hope this wasn't just a tricky photography... Can I upgrade my existing cyclops somehow? Thanks...

I think it's on the outside
I see a purple tint at certain angles it's crazy it looks like nothing is covering the date |

I've already told you......the AR coating is only on the inside.......which takes care of the reflections and produces the clean, flat look on the date.

This internal AR coating is done at the Geneva factory itself at the time of manufacture. Not sure if any AD could cope with it. JJ
