New Rolex Store in Vancouver

There is a new boutique opening up in Vancouver. It is going to be the third largest in the world…wow!

Looks very upscale - exactly the type of location Rolex wants to operate

I love Vancouver but as a Toronto resident, I am quite frustrated that we don’t get the large boutiques from many brands. Omega and now Rolex.

Was waiting for the other shoe to drop once Lugaro at Park Royal lost their AD status. Here is that sneaker. Thanks for the update.

3rd largest? I'll believe it when I see it. the Dubai boutique is about the size of 2 apple stores combined. Doubt Oakridge have enough footprint to even come close.

As long as it’s not owned by GWC. The people at their Rolex boutique in Vancouver are staggeringly rude. They’re even rude to the folks who work in the Tudor boutique across the street, owned by the same company.

Hey, that's very exciting. I use to buy at Brinkhaus (my very first AD) before they lost their Rolex status. Next time I'm in Vancouver I will check it out. Thanks for sharing. Cheers

Yep… those were the days. Irina, their store manager on Georgia, used to pull Rolex pieces from their safe still in the original shipping coffins… those were the days…

Vancouver got the boutique because it’s a large cruise ship port. AD in Victoria sells most of his in demand products to cruise ship people. Americans can save big bucks by buying in Canada, the cruise ship passengers are willing to bundle jewellery and lesser demand watches. Consequently the AD gets a big sale.

Meh. The ADs here for Rolex suck. Completely killed my like for the brand. Actually most of the ADs here in general are very very bad compared to US cities I’ve lived in.

The guys at VC here are awesome tho

Also it’s wild what they’ve done to Oakridge. Used to spend so much time there.

Never been to Vancouver but I hope they bring the cup home this year or at least once while I'm still on this rock.
