Apples to apples or apples and oranges?

Is the Big block and tt Tiger Tudor comparing apples or are the two apples and oranges? With regards to rarity which one is the rarist?

I would say the TT-Tiger is rarer, but rarer doesn't = more desireable, the big-block is more desireable.
