Incoming First Patek

Also first platinum watch love the weight of this wears so nice on the wrist.

The 5134 has been on my watch list for awhile I think it’s incredibly underrated for the prices they go for. It was between the platinum and the two white gold versions and ultimately I just preferred to plain indices vs numerals and that made it worth the extra amount for me. Now that I have on the wrist I do love the look of the platinum as well compared to white gold so happy with my choice.

Congratulations! Great looking watch. And I agree about the platinum — the color of it and the weight of it on a Patek strap watch are spot on.

+1

I have one and it's a favorite. With pushers and crown guards it wears much bigger (just right) than its 37mm, more like a 39mm. And wearing platinum is a unique experience. Plus the diamond at 6:00 that only the wearer can see is pretty cool. I have mine on a dark blue, matte strap I got at the Geneva Salon.

Agreed definitely wears like a 39 the balance of the pushers and crown guards is just so well done. I like the diamond too its about the only time id ever like a diamond on a watch.

A beautiful and timeless watch, I remember being very attracted by the 2-hand hobnail versions (5115/5117?) a while ago.

Enjoy it well :)
