My GMT Trio
Well I think my GMT collection is now complete. I have the 1675 Pepsi that was my father’s. I wear this to family events and any time I want to revisit special places him and I used to go, or sometimes for no other reason than I am missing him.
I have 126710 Pepsi that honors my father but being modern I have no fear in wearing it anywhere, swimming with it, or damaging it, etc. Finally I have the new Bruce Wayne GRNR that can be a great daily. Neutral enough to go with anything and everything. I’m sure one day my son will appreciate this watch as I do my father’s. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Man, those are some awesome watches. Someday your son will have his grandfather's and father's watch. That is beyond awesome. Take care.

Beautiful trio. My favorite is your 1675 not only because of the iconic status but because of the meaning behind the watch. Awesome!

What a fantastic GMT trio you have there! The 1675 Pepsi with its sentimental value is truly priceless, and it's great that you can wear it for those special moments. The 126710 Pepsi is perfect for everyday adventures, combining modern reliability with a nod to your father.

Very nice max! How do you find the GRNR in the metal? Does the grey “wash out” against the black or is there enough contrast in person? So hard to tell in photos…anyways congrats on some great GMT’s!

It is actually a pretty cool bezel. Sometimes it appears all black, sometimes gradient with no defined beginning and end but yet differentiated grey and black, and probably my favorite is when the grey appears as highly polished chrome. Never really a washed out look. I feel that the bracelet you choose will play a role in how the bezel appears. Also the green is pretty nice. On the dial it is usually so dark that it is almost not noticeable. The green hand is very subtle and works well with the dial.

What a way to round out your collection. Adding the GRNR makes so much sense especially paired with the BLRO. Thanks for sharing.

Plenty has been said about the other 2 watches, but the GRNR looks great. A lot more understated for a current GMT, which is not a bad thing.

Nice Trio. Mine would be a ceramic Pepsi, ceramic rootbeer, old reference Coke.

Great collection and I personally love the stories behind it. The Father son bond seems like it was very strong.
On the watch front, the black/grey bezel is intriguing. I have to try and check this one out when it comes into my AD. |

Funny. Reading your comment started me to reflecting and thinking of many fun times with my dad and how much he liked that watch. I can picture him looking down and chuckling about all the attention his watch is receiving.
