Finally! Decision made, watch bought.

I'd been on the fence for a long time: YM 42 or Submariner TT. I was offered a YM 42 in WG recently but it didn't talk to me. A week later, the Sub TT LN was offered and I jumped on it. I had pondered the LB but the LN was easier to read & looked really snappy. Couldn't be happier with it. Amazingly sharp timepiece. Enjoying a G&T with it in my yard on a toasty summer evening. My 1st Rolex. It took 3 years for my local AD to get me to the top of the list (there's only 1 in my city). I'd wanted a Rolex for a lot longer than that but there were always bigger demands on funds. A YW 42 in YG? Maybe, maybe not, but definitely not for a while. This will be my daily.

I think you made one hell of a pick. That’s a great first Rolex and checks more boxes than a YM in my opinion.

Great photo as well. Enjoy Andy.
