I went for option DD.

I would say the GMT is too similar to a white gold sub, although granted it’s a newer reference so larger case etc. The Daytona is great, but I would argue the DD being in pm is just more special. Although will cost a bit more than the Daytona and Datejust?

In terms of if I could only have 1 watch of all the ones you mentioned. Probably the DD, followed by Submariner WG.
