How to work for Rolex? Suggestions?
Having recently acquired my Rolex and liquidated most of my other collection due to absolutely no wrist time I feel as though I have discovered my "grail". It does not lie with one watch, however it is a brand...Rolex. I am truly satisfied with my SD and find it to be the ultimate watch. Upon completing my degree in Marketing the one thing that stuck in my head was "Perception is Reality" and I feel this statement absolutely applies to watches and the advertising of them. Until I owned my Rolex I was suspicious as to what the big deal was with them and now I know first hand. What Rolex advertises and promotes is a lifestyle and they are unbelievable at it! Now, to my point, I have been selling watches online for over 6 years now and am still relatively young in my professional carreer (31) and feel it is time for a change. I have made mistakes and learned many things selling watches online, and in person, and feel that I know the average WIS'er very well. How can I go about working for my dream company? Do I need to start by working in a retail store? Does anybody have any contacts they can PM me with to get in the door? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
