Carazy last month for my “other” passion….

Sold off a couple watches to grab a couple cars in the last 6 weeks. This passion / hobby / journey (cars) follows closely with my watch passion/journey, but it’ll take precedent every time over watches for me personally.
Now that my ailments have been addressed, bad shoulders, (rotator cuffs), knee pain , etc… I can shift and drive a car with no power steering & brakes again….I started looking at vintage again.
Got back a car I wanted back, and my fiancé was really not happy when I traded it towards the Pista.
And now that she has become an avid Ferrari and F1 fan over the last year, it was time for her first. For the first time ever, I’ve got 0 Porsches and 4 Fcars in the garage.
Well the Roma is comfortably in the garage, the 308 was home briefly before I sent out for belt service, and the Lusso is awaiting pickup later this week. I surprised her with it yesterday at the dealer. She thought she was picking me up from an inspection on the Roma (that took some truth bending to pull off the surprise! )

The Tag Monaco was part of her gift to match the Lusso.

Major congrats! Passion runs deep. :)

Love the 308, looks in very nice shape. Someone invested time taking care of the bits. Any mods planned? Feel embarrassed as not sure if Verell is still alive, though you might find this resource helpful:

Yes, thank you. It’s in great condition, no mods planned, I actually want it as original as possible. I already took off and replaced the Wood inserts someone did around the oil & water gauges. Put that back to leather as it came from the factory. Thank you for the resource.
The other mods in place, were actually available to order on the car at time of purchase, so I’ll leave those , as I have no idea if they were there from day one. (Roof spoiler, 16” wheels)

Amazing choices! Looks like the that’s the GTC4 Lusso T!!! Nice choice for her. The Roma is a very sexy car. Happy for you man…as far as your rotator cuffs, how did you address those ailments? Genuinely curious as one of mine has been acting up lately.

Is the 308 a Euro model, the paint matching headlight bits and engine being covered i think were Euro models (like the '85 308GTS QV i tracked).

Thanks Nicholas! Yes…GT4 Lusso T. My left shoulder needs replacement, but is functional for what I need it to do. The right has two tears and they’re older, so Doc told me there’s a 50/50 shot of repair success vs it not taking. The other shot was specific rehab, so I chose that route and it’s been successful, at least getting it to the point where my left shoulder is before needing replacement down the road. I’ll continue to use them as is until they don’t work for my personal needs to live my life the way I’m used do doing it. When I can’t use them to function for my daily needs….replacement.

As far as all the research I did, it’s not a Euro model. I did find that it was one that was recalled almost immediately after being delivered by Ferrari, to receive a replacement engine and complete paint job, due to oil consumption and paint quality issues.

Thanks all! Very appreciated!

That’s not Euro, def US 100%, US needed the bigger/fatter bumper/nudge bars.

Enjoy your cars..
