Were the issues people were having with the 4401 fixed?

I know there were people having issues with the 4401 in the offshores, is this still a problem? The other part is I don't really recall many people mentioning this problem with the 26240, which has the same movement. Brings me back when patek couldn't get the 324 date wheel to turn over consistently for a bit

I believe AP has fixed the problem with current production models sometime early this year if I recall correctly from forum posts.

I had the issue in both my 26240 and 26420; they’ve both been serviced by APSC (replacing some of the internals with updated components), and (knock on wood) both have been running fine since then - the 26240 is even running at +0.5-1s / day. So no issues anymore with the minute subdial and good accuracy as well.

Got my 26240 March this year and haven’t noticed any performance issues. Performance is amazing for an AP, +/- 1s/week!

Although if I look super close, the minute chronograph hand is probably a tiny smidge to the right when reset, doesn’t bother me enough to do anything about it at mo. Maybe get it fixed along with full service just before warranty runs out.

My Offshore worked flawlessly until about a year of ownership and then the chrono hand started to drift. After few weeks at the Spa in Clearwater and it has been running like a champ. I bought it from an AP boutique and it is comforting to know it has a five year warranty.

My SA told me that they have most problem with the 4401 on offshore because the caliber is made for smaller cases ( Ro and Code ). For the offshore they have to add pieces to use the 4401 properly.
My 26238ti has to go back 2 Times to solve the 9 subdial running issue. Seems ok now they know how to fix it following my SA.
