WatchFlix LA, WatchflixLA.

Just completed my first transaction on this forum with Matt and Alec from Watchflix LA. I was a cautious first-time buyer here, getting to know the various sellers and doing what I could to feel comfortable. I felt very comfortable with Watchflix after researching them and seeing that although they haven't had a lot of feedback here yet (they will!), they did have plenty of feedback from other sites. Further, I was put much more at ease when I saw they had a beautiful storefront in LA jewelry district. They had pics of it under construction online, but they welcomed an opportunity to Facetime me from the store as well, giving me a tour (and an added sense that I am dealing with a bonafide dealer) and going to the watch under consideration that was on display. They answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. I bought a Hulk, and it was delivered the following morning here in South Florida. Because of their insurance, it has to be picked up at the FedEx facility but my wife was able to pick it up for me. The watch was in beautiful condition, it tells accurate time, and I appreciated the little bonus travel case they included. I would feel very comfortable purchasing another watch from Matt and Alec. They made a new fan and should definitely be on the radar of folks looking for another reliable and trusted dealer.

I can only second your experience!

Purchased a 5-digit rolex from Matt that I had been chasing for a while. Their example was the right package (full set, recently serviced, not overpolished, and a price that was right).

They have a brick-and-mortar presence in LA, but I transacted virtually with them. Regardless, customer service is top notch (generally very responsive via text, offered a Facetime, including a store tour, promptly sent additional pictures I asked for - it helps to have a watchmaker on site).

I asked for the watch to be shipped to our ski house, but it got stuck in a FedEx distribution center. Matt also took care of that and had the package rerouted to a FedEx shop near my house. Will absolutely do business with them again and anyone can deal with the team in confidence!
