Which WG on OF do you prefer?

Just curious as to which is the favored white gold Daytona on oyster flex, thought a poll might be “fun”. I owned the Ghost a few years back and ended up letting it go but have missed it. A few months back i picked up the black dial/silver subdials (baby Lemans) and I’m split as to which i prefer as both are stunning.

I've seen these 2 before and I have struggled in my mind before on which I liked more. Both are fantastic and I would be happy with either on my wrist. However, if I truly had to choose only one, the Ghost is the one that edges it out for me. I personally love contrasting colors. The black OF strap next to the light colored case, then the black bezel against the light colored dial, and finally to the solid black subdials. That is just perfection to me!

In an ideal world, I would love to have both. I just requested for the Ghost recently. In the meantime, I am enjoying the black dial 519. For me, the black dial is everything that I wanted in a Daytona.

Agree 100%.

I like them both but the black dial looks eerily similar to a 126500 black dial with an OF strap. The Ghost has a unique look to it. That said, I would happily take either one.

I can relate as i sometimes wore my 116500 black dial on an OF. However, the silver subdials just makes it

I own the Ghost and love it and have also admired the Baby LeMans in photos since it came out. I recently got to try the BLM on at my AD and I immediately realized I like the Ghost a lot more. The Baby is still a great watch, but aesthetically I find that silver dial more appealing to me. The BLM is too dark overall for me. I need more contrast. On OF I prefer the lighter colored dials and darker subdials.

It’s all subjective but it’s an easy choice for me. Ghost

I like the black dials better. They also have a sunburst effect that’s not visible in these photos. Above all, I like the black dial vintage Daytonas better as well and there’s an anchoring bias for me.

Wow, very close race so far! After I voted earlier this morning it was 50/50 with 4 votes each. I just came back this afternoon to have a look at its 25/26 with the Ghost leading.

That’s funny because I’ve checked a couple of times today out of curiosity. I got admit I’m kind of surprised. I actually thought the ghost would be preferred. I am the ghost for two years, but let it go about a year ago. I bought the Le Mans a few months ago. I’m liking the leans a little more but probably mostly because it’s still new to me. At the end of the day probably like to just a little more but it’s very close and they really are quite different.

Not a fan of OF. Seems weird to me to put a PM Daytona on rubber. Rubber straps are for dive watches.

Rubber straps are for Dive watches and Drive watches which is exactly what the Daytona is.

On OF I like the Ghost. On a bracelet, if it were an option, I like the black dial. Good luck!

Agree and that's my pick. Just from a quick glance I think the grey dial is more appealing with the black strap.

After seeing both in person, I’d still give the “Ghost” the edge. The black dial one is even more subdued if you’re looking for an even stealthier appearance. Both are fantastic and I wish I could have them all.
