18k Submariner 16618

I'm pretty certain the next watch is going to be a 16618 Submariner. I previously had a number of 16613 Submariners with blue dial, black dial and with a gold Serti dial but I always would have preffered the silver Serti dial. However, when it comes to 16618, I'm not sure if it better suits the gold or silver Serti dial best? Let's see what the poll says.

I would be trading up with my 126710BLRO, one special watch for another.

Pics for example only..

Personally, for that generation Sub in all gold, I prefer the LB blue dial.

Good luck with your choice!

Had a TT Serti with champagne dial. That is the only Serti dial for a full PM. The silver Serti dial only looks appropriate on the TT model. I would go either Blue or champagne Serti dial with your choices.

The LB is great and the safe choice, but that gold serti dial is my favorite. Super cool and you will likely never see someone else wearing one.

My preferences are LB>silver Serti>LN>gold Serti in that order. I feel like serti works a lot better on the TT LB. On full gold nothing beats the classic blue dial.

Gold Serti dial for the 16618.

If you decide to go blue dial, I'd look for a 116618LB as the Glidelock is hard to beat on a heavy watch like this.

16618LB > 16618LB gold serti > 16618LB silver serti > 16618LN gold serti > 16618LN

I think the black bezel looks best on the Serti dial.

The blue wins it for me! That color dial and bezel against the YG is such a stunning look!

Blue all day long, but the Serti is something different and does look good, so I'd have either tbh ...

I have owned them all and for a just straight out great looking watch the LB is the one. Daily wear is the LN. I have moved away from any gem watches but I had a run where I really like them.
