Most accurate serial number database

Hello people, I’m looking for some info on some vintage GMTs as far as approximate date of manufacture. I know it’s only an estimate. If I look up on ten different websites, I will get four or five date ranges.
For reference:
2,33X,XXX
And
3,09X,XXX

Pictures for fun

Much appreciated.

Those are both in the range where the date will be inside the case-back. You can also check that chart in the Library forum.

1920s to early 1980s this is peerless, the rest are wild guesses.

For me, the best way that I date the pre 1973 models is by the case back dates. I find it accurate for me and the most reliable method to determine the "year of production."

Try this chart.
