Anyone Else Noticing a Significant Drop in Watch Prices?

I have noticed some significant drop (20%+/-) in prices recently (last 6 months) on some watches that I have been keeping my eye on. i.e.

Grönefeld 1941 Principia, recently trading in the high $30's now for sale in the low $30's and even under.

Patek 5196p was trading in the high $30's. Now plenty available for an even $30k.

Czapek Antarctique, I have seen a few in the $12-13k region, although many are still asking $16k.

Jaeger-LeCoultre Duomètre
A Quantieme Lunaire Was trading around $27k, seeing them for sale under $20k now.

Watchcharts is showing a recent decrease in Rolex at an average of about 5% as well.
