Rolexes at work

I know this thread has been posted numerous times, but my current office-my DD, my boss' DD, Cartiers, a Breitling Bentley, SS DJ with hidden jubilee bracelet, but this is why I posted. I didn't know this guy, but I noticed him checking out my watch and looked at his, a YG Daytona. Wow, Wow, Wow!!

He said it was an M serial, but had no clue about how much he paid? He said 3 or 4x I'm not a watch guy, I have no idea. Wasn't a gift, how could he not know????

Understandable, but the Wall St crowd is, you WANT to flaunt your wealth, That;s obviously not everyone, and this guy seemed like in his early 40's

Love the Gold on others, but I could only do SS. My wedding ring is platinum...and anything else would look like krap. Oh well.

He's making some kind of point I guess... or let's interpret it as 'the money was not important to me so I don't remember'... 'the transaction was not memorable enough in monetary terms...' blah blah...

In any case nice spot and gorgeous watch

On the other end of the spectrum, I spot my boss's boss wearing a Tag. As I am talking to him, I see the steady Tick, Tick, Tick. I figured he was a Quartz guy!!!
