The Annual Calendar only needs adjusted once a year ( Feb) Otherwise the day date and month are correct. This watch has the box and service papers
from 2022 when the watch was serviced.

I have spoken to Blancpain , and you're welcome to call them and ask. There are less than 50 of these in the world. You can see 50 Rolexes in one day, but you'll probably never see this watch anywhere else. Anyplace I've seen this watch listed, it was not really available. I really believe mine is the only one for sale in the US.
