New clasp on TT Yachtmaster
Having purchased my TT Yachtmaster in August I fancied the more modern clasp. Although the stamped metal clasps are slim in profile and have been around for years I preferred the newer GMT or Daytona easylink clasp. I eventually got hold of one at enormous cost. It should have been £1380GBP but my supplier let me have it for a whopping £1200GBP. Anyway, I'm happy with it. What do you all think ?

Beautiful! Thats how the watch should ship from the factory!

I would love to do that to mine as well, but it sure is alot of coin!!! Must have been an Independant watch maker that did it for you?? Now I want to spend more money and do the same... Rob.

Actually after trying several independent watch makers (and TRF members) and getting nowhere I went back to the AD that I bought the watch from and they got hold of it for me. I must say it surprised me.

What do I think?
I think that is one of the best looking watches that Rolex makes and at the price we have to pay - it should come with that clasp. As my dearly departed Scottish grandfather would have said: "Twelve hundred pounds be buggered".

Cost
The cost for whole TT Sub bracelet is $3375 + tax(quoted by my AD). The TT Daytona bracelet would probably cost about $900 more.

Wow, nice! So you can swap out the clasp on the oyster bracelet!! I have been wanting to do that on my DD 'cause it has the clasp from the last generation ('04) - brushed finish with no easy-link. But damn, 1200 pounds (~ $2000 USD) for the TT, I wonder how much it'd be for all-RG one on my DD...
