It is only 42mm but it has a lot of watch presence. If you want watch presence then the SkyDweller is for you. It is an absolutely beautiful watch, no doubt about it.

It is beautiful and very hard to come by

I've been drawn to the SkyDweller recently and definitely love the blue dial.

Words of warning .... Try this watch on before you purchase, as others have said. It's big and it wears big, and it's quite heavy, even in steel. (A friend of mine has one and let me wear it for an afternoon.)

I have a 6.75 wrist, and no way could I handle it (even if I could get over that busy dial.) I love the idea of the watch, but not for me.

You didnt mention your wrist size. Here it is on my 7.25" wrist. Fit is a personal preference but it looks way to big to me on my wife's 6.5" wrist. Hangs over the side. But some people like the oversized look

Also, the SkyD wears a lot more differently on leather. I tried both the pm on leather and bracelet, and they should be considered different watches. On leather strap it is manageable, sporty, and you can throw a rubberb on for an even sportier aquatic watch.

really? i've never tried one on leather. been considering a rubberb for my white dial 326934 but i just think taking the bracelet off really takes away from this watch.

love the look of the factory leather though.

What are your thoughts on this piece?

My main concern is the size of the sky dweller. I have a smaller wrist and this is how the sub wears on my wrist. Any and all pics appreciated

Would love you hear from you!

Thanks

I have a 6.5” wrist and have both a sub date and SkyS in black. I don’t mind wearing big watches as you can see. I will say that the SkyD is a thick watch so that is something to consider. Your best bet is to find a way to try before you buy so you can determine whether the watch will work for you.

Also, the blue SkyD is a unicorn unless you are either a VIP or plan to buy grey.

I’ll end by saying that I love the SkyD because I was looking specifically for this complication. The fact that I have a Rolex with an annual calendar AND GMT is an amazing value.

Good luck!

I think only the PMs come on leather as oem as an option. I love the rubberb. Looks oem to me, and I never have to take my watch off when it gets wet.

If you like how it fits your wrist then that’s all that matters!

Its a pretty big watch and I think probbbbbably too big for me, BUT. I think because its an annual calendar, and a water proof annual calendar with a bracelet, Im happy to own it (I dont own it yet, but hopefully one will pop up :) Its just a super interesting rolex in general i feel.

It is a big piece, you need to try one on. I love mine, personally.
