I don’t think he need to prove anything at all. He is not selling his watch to anybody. Nobody has to believe him, he just showed his watch that he had.

Simple choice for me; Daytona fits me better and I like its looks better. I'd go with that.

For that amount of money I want to be able to quickly glance at my watch and actually be able to read the time. Meteorite GMT's are very cool and unique watches but there are several Rolexes at that price point I would prefer over it.
