The lock-nut should just contact the case and not be tight at all... it just rests against the case to prevent the pusher from being pressed - it doesn't need any amount of tightening to accomplish this.

Incredible.. would never of thought that could happen for a screw down pusher. Good luck getting it fixed fast and back on your wrist.

Yup, you can’t tighten the nut too much. Happened to my Platona, too. But no biggie.

Rolex responded today to say that the pusher screw will be replaced free of charge under warranty.
It will be ready in 10 days. A perfect resolution all round! |
