It's still very early in Stevesville so I'll keep my fingers crossed until I get the official nod.
There are indeed some members here that have been getting CC's of the mail exchange I have been conducting with people involved and also the bank . The bank communication was obviously conducted in French but for a particular member that was not a problem at all. Hence his insider knowledge .
Stevo shall wake up to a mail enabling him to verify and corroborate what has been stated above .
Rest assured none of you will have to put your money where your mouths are as Paul will not have to come around with his hat .
I'm still flabbergasted by the amount of support I had when Stevo initially launched the "warning" thread .. only to see the vultures turn up when I had much less responsibility in the situation . At the same time , a particular moderator that was rather harsh with me on the original post has proven to give me more "credit" on this occasion . He too shall not be let down with the result .
To that moderator , again , thank you .

The responsibility has always been with you, it never left you, and continues to be yours. You were supported by so many including me becuase IMO it was still within a reasonable amount of time and you had an unfortunate situation and weren't able to comply with the terms at that moment. Fast forward, what, another 10 days!? Still nothing and all Steveo has to show for it is a bunch of banking problems you may have had, and are continuing to have. Well, I'm sorry if you think I'm a vulture, but even I know when to fold on a losing hand. Put yourself in his shoes for one moment, will you. What would any reasonable person have done? come on Tristan, even if you were my own flesh and blood I would be hounding you. Excuses do not pay the bills my good man, maybe where you come from this is acceptable, but not where I come from. Bad business my friend, bad business.

9am Friday now.
No watch (that was never sent).
No refund received at this time.

Tristan I spoke to you on the phone over a week ago and asked you to just give me a date, a simple solitary date was all I wanted to know when I would receive repayment as to when you would return my money, you checked with your bank and advised me Wednesday this week. You told me that of your own choosing, I didn't force that date upon you but I said I wanted to know a date when the money would be in my account. It hasn't happened.

Well its now Friday.

I don't want paypal, we agreed wire transfer, that's what you wanted when I sent you the money and I paid it in the currency of your choice. I just want it back the same way.
