To be honest I'm fine with the thickness of the new DSOTM - it's 12-13mm, but the size of the case itself is too big at 44mm. |

Updated "tapering" bracelets on the SMP range... the 90's were cool, but they were 25 years ago... :D

Yes! My Great White SMP is on rubber and as much as I try to like the bracelet, I cant do it. I might find a flat link for it. I do really like the new Pilot Speedmaster....I stopped in to the Boutique last week as the SA got me the first white speedy they got back in July. He said that the Pilot model is probably going to take a little longer than the white one. But mentioned that the '25 models are really going to be "impressive". I'll take it with a grain of salt, but I like some of the new SMPs and that tourquise Aquaterra. A GMT besides the World Timer...more like the above mentioned Seamaster would be peachy. I'm more leaning towards a Zulu Time or Pelagos GMT. |

I think a thinner, updated Seamaster professional would be nice. I don't think it's happening in 2025 though. They just put out the two new no-date SMPs with the mesh bracelets, so I think that's the direction they're going for now.
The black no-date is actually super nice in person. I'm very happy with mine. It wears thinner than I expected. The mesh is not super comfortable so far, but I think it needs to be "broken in" and I still consider it an update over the super outdated regular SMP bracelet. I don't expect anything ground breaking for the speedmasters or planet oceans this year either. Likely more of the same.. various different editions / permutations of a similar formula.

I'd like to see them take the current gen Seamaster Diver, thin it a bit while adding the spirate system. Also, some beveling on the inside edges of the bracelet.

consolidate their offerings update the SMP. there is such a wide disparity between their offerings. Speedmaster Pro seems like an entirely different company then some of the mall jewelry pieces they offer. it cheapens the brand.

Your hopes for Omega as a brand in 202[emoji29]
[QUOTE=AEC;[emoji[eeI wonder if Omega could pull off a completely new model/collection in a case that's not round. I'm thinking along the lines of Tank or Gondolo. To be respected it would need a completely new caliber that also is not round, but shaped specifically for the case.
I know, the demand for financial return means it'll never happen, but I feel like Omega should break ground that's truly new.[/QUOTE] Quoting AEC but for some reason it’s not working. Never going to happen but get rid of the HE valve on the Seamasters, maybe offer one in a 39 or 40mm option

When I look at an Omega watch one of the first things of course is does it speak to me do I really like the way it looks if so then I consider is it a master chronometer if not do the looks offset the master chronometer status I have some omegas that are chronometers and then I have some omegas that are master chronometers I like all of them but there's just something about being the master chronometer that speaks to me.

No more up to 45% off sales would help with the prestige aspect of Omega.
