I currently have two automatic watches. When I get home from work I put on the other one and wear it until the next day when i get home from work.

I need to get a watch winder.

If I'm really feeling like wearing a specific watch I'll switch up the rotation.

If I win the lottery tomorrow I'll have a custom watch winding drawer installed in my closet and every morning I'll open it to see 50 fully wound watches and grab whatever strikes me that day.

First I ask for volunteers; if none, I just make up a duty roster and enforce it. Dam**d if I'm going to give free vacation or pay overtime, though!

I try to rotate so I wear each watch at least once a week.

My life is simple, Submariner LV Monday to Friday, and Daytona on weekends.

Well I was wearing a Sub LVc every day that I bought in December 2010. But then 3 months ago I bought my white dial Milgauss and that is now my daily wearer. I packed the Sub back in its box and put it in the safe. I might wear it again but probably not for a while now as I really adore the Milgauss.

I have 5 Rolex, 2 Breitling, a Panerai and a JLC... 2 of my Rolex and 1 Breitling are used for work, and rotated through fairly frequently, another Rolex and Panerai are weekend casual watches so rotated frequently, the remaining 2 Rolex and the JLC are various dress watches, used appropriately (dinners, business meetings, black tie) and the last Breitling has basically been replaced - I plan to give it to my Dad, but haven't been to the Safety Deposit Box in a while...

Right now I have 7 watches, and I can never decide, so I literally just cycle through during the course of the week.

I'm planning on getting a Royal Oak soon though...don't know what I'm going to do then!!

Depends on what I'll be doing, where I'm going, and what I'm wearing.

What's SDB?

This is a good way in my opinion to always look forward to wearing the next watch and you will never get bored of them. You will notice how great they look as you will see them once every 3 weeks or so. But the trick is not to look at them until it is time for the next one.
This sounds like a Good idea Eddie. I think I might follow.

Nice problem to have isn't it? The AP Royal Oak is a beauty!

Monday through Friday it's the 14060M, weekends the TT GMTC goes on, and boat work rates the Seiko diver.

Great question. I pick them as the mood calls for. Sometimes 2 watches in a day

I have to keep things simple in terms of my watch hobby...

So my current collection is down to three Rolexes. Two are on stainless steel (93150) bracelets for the office days, and one is on a leather strap for the weekends when I am generally more active. So the weekday decision is really easy, a 1969 GMT, or a 1976 Submariner...

I don't anticipate increasing the number of watches I own, I will simply trade the one I wear least...

I just switch out when the notion strikes me.

I really don't have any formula.
