Get the 15400 first, in particular the blue and black dial. It is more rare to get these two then a Diver.

the Diver for versatility

If you want a watch with a bracelet, you can get one for the diver as well easily
If you want a strap for the 15400, its much a much harder proposition

I love the diver and would have got it but I wanted a white dial so I went for the 15300
