The logo is obviously a later addition to a 60s hippie style clock. Nice. If you like hippie clocks with additional copyright infringement, maan.

The Sun Chang Watch and Clock Industrial Co., LTD was owned by Andre Heiniger and was just one of his elaborate tricks to make some extra income.

What is best a custom Rolex or a Rolex that is stuck in custom?

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional
photographer, buy a flute and you own a flute.

I just don't understand why 30-40 years ago someone would have made a fake Rolex clock. That is to say, before the brand took off to the stratosphere with prices. I realize the watches have been enjoyed since the 30's-ish. I see why people fake Rolex clocks today, but the 1950's and 1960's?

I guess anything is possible and it will probably remain a mystery unless I can find somebody who saw this type of clock in person years ago...

I hope I can say this without getting the thread moved, but this is relevant and of historical interest... fake Rolexes have been available in Hong Kong since at least as far back as the 1940s. Your clock was, I suspect, either made here or mainland China, probably here as that doesn't sound like a communist era state owned company name. Could also be Korean.
