Now what do you think the winding crown is for,now if you have been on the Internet and read the many myths about Rolex.Things like you will wear the crown out by manual winding.Just remember this there are millions of manual wind watches with screw down crowns that get wound up daily for decades.And reading your post is that you are only going to wear on weekends,then your watch would need just two manual winds in that week to keep watch running.And that 75% tension is well fairy tails, true a watch keeps better accuracy with more reserve in the spring but in the real world would perhaps make a difference of a second or so which is not life threatening.But as others have said if you must buy one of these machines then the ones from Orbita or Wolf would be a good choice.
