Be ready for sticker shock of owning and maintaining AP. Astronomical service costs

Do you need the date or chronograph function? Totally different watches.

I own a handful of Daytonas - love them...constant I'm my collection...
The AP (specifically the 26320) for me gets more wrist time - by far! Little bigger at 41mm and the details are crazy - the band - again just crazy... I like the AP chrono so much would love to own the 41mm date version (15400) Happy Hunting...looking forward to your AP incoming thread! |

I had an AP15300. On occasional it was jumping several minutes ahead. To me paying $1,700 to fix the problem is alot of money. For you, apparently not. Its all in perspective Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I paid $1200 for a full service and cleaning up/polishing the case and bracelet. I thought that was good value, but each to his own. Over 6 years I don't think $200 a year is a lot of money to maintain a watch, compared to a car.
