Only if you’re blind or uninterested in watches

Negative ghost rider. Unless they know zero about Rolex, then yes I could see people mistaking that.

Looks like a sky D to me. Looks great on you too. Personally, as long as I know what's on my wrist, I don't generally care about anyone else.....

I think so due to the black dial. (DJ2 though, not DJ 41)
Had it been a different color, it would be a different story.

I wear what I like and am not concerned that someone might think I was wearing a DJ if I was wearing a Skydweller. I do not own one and haven’t seen one in the wild but I did see one in my AD’s case and I definitely would not mistake it for a DJ unless it was from a distance. And, yes...my wife wouldn’t know (or care) if it was a DJ or skydweller.

For someone who doesn’t know Rolex it’s a “Cool watch” but for time who is remotely familiar with luxury watches it’s pretty obvious what it is
Beautiful watch btw..... enjoy

Does it look like a DJ41 with the stick dial on the wrist at first glance?

Not if you're a wis... I saw one on someone I know and immediately complimented him on it (TT). He took it off for me to try, and man it's a massive watch.

No, but I must say the blue Sky Dweller has got me interested in the blue DJ41 which will probably be my next.

Most don’t even notice it’s a Rolex. I’m sure a wis would know that it’s not a dj
