Don't know why the admins thought it would be wise to take down open discussion about the events this weekend.
Anyway, apparently Stefano Dimenicalli spoke too soon when he said the F1 weekend would proceed. The drivers threatened a boycott and meetings went deep into the morning with this regard to avert a cancellation of the weekend. It looks like the drivers have been placated, for the time being.
